Doron and Dorla, students receive industry-informed coaching that keeps learning fun,

Q: Do I need prior experience to join?

A: No. Our programs are designed for beginners through advanced students. We meet each
student at their level and help them grow.

Q: What age groups do you teach?

A: Programs are divided into age-appropriate levels:

● Ages 8–11: Young Voice Actor Builder (8 lessons)
● Ages 12–15: Young Pro Acting Intensive (12 lessons)

Placement is flexible. If a student is more advanced or needs additional support, we willrecommend the level that best suits them.

Q: How do I sign up?

Registration is completed directly through our website. Once enrolled, you’ll receive a
confirmation email and next-step instructions.

Each lesson is taught in real time by a professional coach and is fully tailored to the student’sage, skill level, and learning pace.

This format allows for direct feedback, interactive performance work, and focused skilldevelopment.

Q: How long are the programs?

● Ages 5–7: 8 lessons (4 weeks)
● Ages 8–11: 8 lessons (4 weeks)
● Ages 12–15: 12 lessons (6 weeks)

All live lessons are 60 minutes long.

Q: Do you offer industry training or demo reel preparation?

Yes. Industry Prep add-on packages are available for any student who wants to explore:

● Home studio setup basics
● Auditioning for animation, gaming, or commercials
● Demo reel preparation with professional coaching

Q: Are parents allowed to observe?

A: Yes. Parents may observe sessions—especially for the 5–7 age group.
As students grow older, coaches may encourage more independence, but observation is still
welcome unless it disrupts learning.

Q: Is the program safe for kids?

A: Yes. All content, coaching, and materials are designed specifically for young learners. Classes
are run by vetted professionals and are age-appropriate, creative, and supportive.

Q: What skills will my child gain?

A: Depending on the program level, students develop:

Q: How does monthly enrollment work?

A: Programs begin at the start of each month.
● Ages 5–7 & 8–11: 4-week cycles
● Ages 12–15: 6-week cycles (start dates are staggered every 6 weeks)

Students can join the next available cohort.

Q: What payment methods do you accept?

A: We use Stripe for secure, professional checkout. Families can pay via:

● Full payment at registration
● Bi-weekly auto-payment options

Stripe is fully integrated on our website—parents don’t need a Stripe account.

Q: Can I reschedule or cancel a session?

A: Yes. Sessions may be rescheduled with 24 hours’ notice.
Late cancellations or no-shows may be charged a fee.

Q: Do you offer refunds?

A: Refunds are available according to our cancellation policy or if a class is canceled by Voxx’DD
Academy.

Q: What equipment do we need at home?

A: Yes. The Academy provides a foundation in acting, vocal technique, and recording that prepares
students for auditions, creative projects, and eventually working with an agent.

Q: Do students receive certificates or portfolio material?

A: Yes.

● Older students may create recorded samples or mini reels during certain lessons or with
the Industry Add-On package.

Q: Can I reschedule or cancel a session?
