Welcome to Vox’DD Academy (“we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms of Service outline the rules and conditions for using our website, coaching services, and booking system. By accessing or using the Vox’DD website or our services, you agree to these terms.If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use our site or book a session.


1. Services We Provide

‍Vox’DD Academy offers:

  • 1-on-1 voice-over and acting coaching
  • Age-based coaching programs
  • Optional workshops (when available)
  • Educational support materials
  • Online or virtual sessions

Services may be updated or modified at any time.

2. Eligibility

Our coaching programs are designed for children ages5–16.
All bookings must be made by aparent or legal guardian.Parents/guardians agree to:

  • Provide accurate information
  • Supervise or remain reachable during sessions
  • Ensure the child is prepared and safe during online calls
  • Communicate respectfully with our team

3. Booking & Payments

‍To reserve a coaching session or package:

  • Payment is required at the time of booking
  • Sessions are confirmed once payment is processed
  • All payments are handled by secure third-party processors (e.g., Stripe)

We do not store full payment information on our servers.

4. Session Policies

To maintain consistency and quality:

‍4.1 Attendance

Students are expected to attend sessions on time.
Parents must ensure:

  • A quiet environment
  • A functioning device (laptop, tablet, or phone)
  • A stable internet connection
  • Proper microphone or headphones if required

4.2 Late Arrivals

If a student is late, the session may still end at the scheduled time.
Extra time may not be added.

4.3 Missed Sessions

Missed sessions without notice are considered “no-shows” and arenon-refundable.

5. Parent Involvement

For the safety of minors, parents agree to:

  • Monitor or be available during sessions
  • Ensure appropriate behaviour
  • Review feedback or follow-up materials
  • Communicate any concerns promptly

6. Conduct & Behaviour

We maintain a positive, supportive learning environment.Students and parents agree not to:

  • Use offensive or inappropriate language
  • Share harmful, unsafe, or disruptive behaviour
  • Record sessions without permission
  • Use materials from Vox’DD without consent
  • Harass or mistreat coaches or other students

Violation of these guidelines may lead to termination of services.

7. Recordings & Media

‍Sessions may be recorded only:

  • For skill review or progress tracking
  • For internal training or quality control
  • With clear parent/guardian consent

Recordings are never shared publicly without written permission.
Parents can withdraw consent at any time.

8. Testimonials & Media Use

If you choose to provide:

  • Video testimonials
  • Written reviews
  • Audio clips
  • Photos

You grant Vox’DD permission to feature them in promotional materialsonly with your written approval.You may request removal at any time.



9. Rescheduling & Cancellations
Parents may reschedule a session within the timeframe defined in our Refund & Cancellation Policy(provided separately).
Repeated cancellations may affect availability of preferred time slots.



‍10. Safety & Online Sessions

Parents are responsible for ensuring:

  • The child is in a safe environment during online sessions
  • The child is not left unattended with an open video call
  • Devices and software are up-to-date
  • Internet filters or parental controls are active if needed

11. Intellectual Property

‍All Vox’DD materials, including:

  • Exercises
  • Worksheets
  • Lesson plans
  • Videos
  • Branding or artwork
  • Website content are owned by Vox’DD Academy and may not be copied, distributed, or used without permission.
    


12. Website Use‍

You agree not to:

  • Attempt to access restricted areas
  • Damage or disrupt the website
  • Use automated systems (bots, scrapers)
  • Upload harmful content or software

13. Limitation of Liability

Vox’DD Academy is not liable for:

  • Technical issues or internet disruptions
  • User device malfunction
  • Injuries caused by unsafe environments during online sessions
  • Loss of data or unauthorized access caused by third-party platforms
  • Misuse of information provided by users

We provide coaching services “as-is,” without guarantees of outcomes such as casting, roles, or performance placement.

‍14. Termination of Services

‍We reserve the right to discontinue sessions or services if:

  • Payment is not received
  • Terms are violated
  • Behaviour becomes unsafe or disrespectful
  • A learning environment is compromised

Refunds, if applicable, follow our cancellation policy.

We may update these Terms of Service as our programs evolve.
Updates will be reflected in the “Last Updated” date above.
